How it is built, and how tenancy works
Built on Platform9 Private Cloud Director
KVM-based virtualization with a familiar VM experience and cloud-like automation, delivered through Platform9’s managed control plane. iShift is a Platform9 Premier Partner, so the platform and the people running it come from the same place.
Multi-tenant, stated plainly
iShift Cloud is multi-tenant. Tenants are logically separated on shared infrastructure, not given dedicated hardware. If your compliance position requires physical separation, say so early: it changes the design and the cost, and it is a better conversation to have before a migration than during one.

Consumption-based, not a bundled platform fee. You are billed on what you use:
