A leader in technology services and passionate entrepreneur, Mark has a history of building successful companies and helping his clients solve business problems with technology solutions. He started iShift in 2004 and relaunched the company in early 2017 to help businesses and organizations with the challenging transition to cloud technology and services. iShift now provides services to clients such as Fortune 500 financial services companies, Fortune 100 global aerospace and commercial manufacturers, large medical device manufactures, large healthcare providers, public utilities and state and local government agencies. This rapid growth proves again that Mark has identified a market opportunity to build a leading technology services company that adds great value to their clients.
In 1995 Mark helped start and manage Calence, a successful technology consulting and services company. While at Calence, he consulted for some of the world’s most prominent companies including American Express, Charles Schwab, Pfizer and many others. He also built and led Calence’s nationally recognized consulting services business unit. Calence was acquired by Insight Enterprises, Inc. (NSIT) in 2008.
In 2004, Mark also founded and managed the private equity firm MAG Capital and the global hedge fund, Ikona Capital. MAG Capital assisted with raising investment capital, assisted executive teams with business strategy, and conducted M&A due diligence. In some cases, Mark would manage MAG Capital’s portfolio company’s business operations. Ikona Captial leveraged a short-term event-driven investment strategy that averaged over 30% annual returns.
Prior to these ventures, Mark held positions at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and IBM.

As an innovator in business transformation, Doug has over 25 years of consulting and practice leadership experience working with some of today’s largest global organizations
At iShift, Doug is building and managing strategic services initiatives for iShift and taking an active role in growing the business and strengthening partner relationships.
Previously, Doug was with Insight Enterprises, where he held multiple management roles including Vice President of Unified Communications, Director of the Collaboration Technology Practice, and Director of Product Marketing UC&C Solutions. During this time, he was responsible for defining and developing the collaboration solutions that Insight took to market; helping clients solve business process challenges related to their communication needs; and leading a team of collaboration architects responsible for assuring consistency and best practices of client engagements. Additionally, Doug worked with clients to help define their collaboration strategy and transformation roadmaps and articulating the business value associated with the ever-changing communication landscape.
Doug joined Insight in 2008 as part of an acquisition of Calence, LLC. He joined Calence in 1997 as one of their first employees where he became the Vice President of Unified Communications. There he built and managed Calence’s nationally recognized UC technology practice and their solutions eco-system which played an integral role in their acquisition.
Before joining Calence, Doug was a Sr. Consultant for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where he assisted some of the world’s largest clients to transform their network-based technologies.
